External Building Work in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol

This was a Full External Render to a Semi-detached house with a new single storey extension to the rear. J.Green Plastering & Building were sub-contracted by a construction company who had took on the job after the previous builders left before completion. Firstly Weber Rend aid base coat was applied to the original render which was still intact but in need of cosmetic changes. Then a Weber One-coat, through coloured monocouche render was used for the finish. It was hand applied and levelled, then scraped back the next day to obtain the finish.
